I’m Steven (“Mr Steve 3D”), a Blender technical artist, add-on developer, and workflow designer focused on creating tools that make 3D artists faster, smarter, and more creative. I build highly practical, production-tested Blender add-ons that remove repetitive steps, solve real modeling challenges, and help artists stay in the creative flow.
My work spans hard-surface modeling, lighting workflows, geometry tools, material automation, and advanced UI/UX design inside Blender. From bevel-ready mesh joining to one-click proxy creation, dynamic symmetry tools, parallax shaders, and lighting/gobo systems, each tool I create is designed to feel intuitive, lightweight, and powerful.
I also run the Mr Steve 3D YouTube channel, where I break down Blender workflows, share behind-the-scenes development of my add-ons, and keep artists up to date on the newest changes coming to Blender. I focus on practical tips, clear explanations, and real examples from everyday modeling and scene-building.
Alongside Blender development, I collaborate with other creators, release tools across Blender Market, SuperHive, and Gumroad, and constantly experiment with new ways to simplify complex tasks — from interactive modals and viewport overlays to Serpens-driven node tools and automated material systems.
My goal is simple:
Make Blender feel smoother, faster, and more fun for every artist — beginner or pro.
